Argentina

She's got a smile that it seems to me,
Reminds me of childhood memories,
Where everything was as fresh as the bright blue sky.
Now and then when I see her face,
It takes me away to that special place,
And if I stare too long,
I'd probably break down and cry.

She's got eyes like the bluest skies,
And if they thought of rain,
I'd hate to look into those eyes,
And see an ounce of pain.
Her hair reminds me of a warm safe place,
Where as a child I'd hide,
And pray for the thunder,
And the rain,
To quietly pass me by.

Where do we go now,
Sweet love of mine?

This drawing was done thanks to help from reference of a poorly photographed pinup of her, which thanks to low light only gave me a silhouette to work with :s so I had to think up the rest.. I just wish I can draw this good without using references

Fun fact: that giraffe is a present I had custom-made for her.. it spouts off some of my catchphrase ramblings(which I recorded for it) when you squeeze it.

Why is it called Argentina? Argentina is a state of mind.... like Chinatown, or Brazil (yeah, film student references.. not many of you may know what I'm talking about )
